Should any wish to amuse themselves peeling away the the inexhaustible source of distraction known as the Public Library of Wikileaks on US Diplomacy on the subject of Petro Poroshenko, Ukraine’s new president, they’ll find numbrous cables from his days with the Our Ukraine Party.
And these cables present him as an "insider.”
For example a confidential message from the American Embassy in Kiev dated 29 April 2006 refers twice to the Ukrainian president in these terms:
" During an April 28 meeting with Ambassador, Our Ukraine (OU) insider Petro Poroshenko denied that he was behind Prosecutor General Oleksandr Medvedko's recent decision to issue an arrest warrant for Tymoshenko lieutenant Oleksandr Turchynov. " [to] question him about the alleged destruction of SBU [Ukraine intel] files on organized crime figure Seymon Mogilievich." [Russian Mafia Boss of Bosses] WikiLeaks

A possible reason for the destruction of the files shows up in a message from the Embassy of 14 April 2006:
"-- The files contained information about Tymoshenko's cooperation with Mogilievich when she ran United Energy Systems in the mid-late 1990s." WikiLeaks

Yulia Timoshenko, a budding oligarch, was the pet lapdog ["chou-chou”! — tr] of two US administrations, that of Bush and of Obama, for her role in the Orange Revolution of 2004 that led the first anti-russian Ukrainian government to power. She had assisted in negotiating energy contracts between Ukraine and Russia.
Another mention of Poroshenko is to be found in a cable of June 2006, where there is another mention of his role of "insider:” "Our insider Petro Poroshenko was in the running for the PM job.” WikiLeaks

Later the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton met the current president when he was no longer "insider” but Ukraine’s minister of foreign affairs, in 2009. The content of the meeting was noted in a confidential message of the American Embassy in Kiev 18 December 2009:
[Speaking to Ukraine Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko] "She [Secretary of State Clinton] emphasized that the United States envisioned multiple pathways to NATO membership."WikiLeaks
The term "Our Insider” leaves one thinking about his party at that time, "Our Ukraine” which would produce, in English, "Our Ukraine Insider.” Interesting expression.
