Ukrainian authorities continue to move equipment and personnel of the army near to the line of contact in Donbass, which casts doubt on the implementation of the Minsk agreements. This was discussed at a meeting of the UN Security Council, according to the permanent representative of the Russian Federation at the organisation, Vitaly Churkin, reports TASS.

In his words, "the greatest concentration" of Ukrainian heavy vehicles were observed in the areas of Avdiivka, Volnovakha, Gorlovka, Dzerzhinsk, and Orlovka.

"In the area of Gorlovka alone, according to intelligence,  are 85 tanks, 12 BMP, 30 MLRS units", - the diplomat said.

Vitaly Churkin also called the actions of the UAF, seizing settlements in the DPR, provocative and demanded the withdrawal of troops from captured villages.

"We see these actions as provocative. Ukrainian troops from these settlements should be withdrawn", - said the permanent representative of the Russian Federation.
